The Vic behind the Pics. Almost four years ago I moved from Minnesota to Southwest Florida to live out my dream of the beach life, and I still can't get over how beautiful it is down here. Capturing that beauty is my favorite thing to do.
I've always been a creative person, so photography felt like the most natural fit in the world. What I love most is giving you photos you'll actually use. Pictures for the frames on your wall, your phone background, your Instagram, your Christmas cards and everything in between.
And don't forget your dogs! I've been a full-time pet sitter for three years and I'm the biggest dog lover you'll meet, so I'd honestly prefer your furry friends come along. Years of caring for dogs has made me endlessly patient, and I know exactly when to snap the photo to catch their attention at just the right moment.
My approach
My approach is simple: I want your photos to feel like you.
I’ll guide you through the parts that might feel awkward, give you prompts instead of asking you to simply “pose,” and keep things moving so you’re not standing around wondering what to do. Some moments will be planned, some will happen naturally, and I’m always watching for the little things happening in between.
Whether we’re chasing your dog around, walking along the beach, celebrating a wedding day, or just hanging out and taking photos, I want the experience to feel easy, comfortable, and fun. You don’t have to know how to pose or be a professional in front of the camera. That’s my job.
